2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, company or project information, support requests, contact form messages, uploaded content, files, feedback, and any other information you choose to provide.

If you create an account, use a customer portal, subscribe to a SaaS product, or access a restricted service, we may collect account information such as login credentials, profile information, organization information, subscription status, product settings, usage history, support history, and customer records.

If you make a payment, we may collect billing-related information such as your billing name, billing address, email address, subscription plan, invoice details, transaction identifiers, tax information, and payment status. Payment card, bank, and wallet details are processed by our payment processors, including Stripe, or by applicable app marketplaces such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party marketplaces. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

When you use our websites, apps, or services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, features used, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of access, crash logs, diagnostics, cookies, device identifiers, and similar usage data.

If a mobile app requests access to device permissions such as notifications, camera, photos, files, storage, location, microphone, contacts, or similar features, we will use that access only for the feature disclosed in the app and only where permission is granted by the user.

3. Contact Forms, Support, and Communications

When you submit a contact form or support request, we collect the information shown in the form, such as name, email address, phone number, subject, message content, page URL, date and time, IP address, browser information, and user agent. We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, prevent spam and abuse, maintain business records, and improve our services.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Inclab may offer paid services, SaaS subscriptions, software access, customer portal features, digital products, or professional services. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers and marketplaces.

Payment processors and marketplaces may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive limited information from them, such as customer ID, transaction ID, invoice status, subscription status, product entitlement, payment method type, card brand, last four digits, tax details, and fraud or dispute information.

We use billing information to process payments, manage subscriptions, provide access to paid services, prevent fraud, handle disputes, issue invoices, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and provide customer support.

5. Apps, Marketplaces, and Product Data

Our products may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party marketplaces. These marketplaces may independently collect and process information such as purchases, downloads, device information, crash reports, subscription status, reviews, and marketplace account activity according to their own policies.

We may receive marketplace-provided information needed to validate purchases, manage entitlements, provide customer support, detect fraud, comply with marketplace rules, and operate our apps and services.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, protect forms from spam, remember preferences, manage consent choices, improve performance, analyze usage where enabled, and provide security features.

Cookies may include essential cookies, preference cookies, security cookies, analytics cookies if enabled, and third-party cookies or similar technologies from services such as Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo, Stripe, or other service providers when those services are used.

Where required, we ask for consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can accept, reject, or manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner or cookie preferences tools.

7. Google reCAPTCHA and Anti-Spam Protection

We may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar security technologies to protect our websites, apps, forms, login pages, payment flows, and services from spam, automated abuse, fraud, scraping, credential stuffing, and other malicious activity. These tools may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, interaction signals, and usage patterns for security and abuse prevention.

12. Account and Data Deletion

If a product or app allows account creation, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through available in-product controls, through our account deletion page when available, or by contacting us at info@inclab.net.

When an account deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account unless we need to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, payment dispute, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business reasons. Deleting an account may permanently remove access to products, subscriptions, saved content, history, and related services.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
